We spent today in San Francisco. it was a LONG day but tons of fun. We drove down that morning, and after a quick lunch out of the back of the car we were ready to hit the town.
We walked up Embarcadero tot he Cable Car stop. We stopped in a few stores then rode the cable car up to Union square. One cool thing- Sarah McLachlan was on our cable car. Sherrie totally recognized her, sorry to say I didn’t or I might have tried to snap a picture.
The plan was to get back on the cable cars and go back to Ghirardelli for a treat! well, the line to get on the cars was over an hour long. So we got a treat at the mall while Leslie saved the day and figured out the bus routes. We took the old F line back down to Pier 33 just in time for our Alcatraz tour.
