For Family Home Evening tonight we took dinner to the park to let the kids run off some of their energy. My boys had gone to school that day, but Sherrie’s kids and Rachel got to tag along while we went to the mall that morning, and then were stuck at home once Brandon got home from school so Sherrie and I could go see Hunger Games.
We did take them to lunch at Johnny rockets for being good shoppers. Rachel and Grant were having fun making up faces while we waited for lunch. The pouty faces were my favorite.
They ran and ran and chased each other and played until it was almost to dark to see. They even stopped for a few minutes to eat.
These last two are Rachel being a pirate!!
I sure the fact that even though our kids don’t see each other often that they play and get along so well.
