Tonight was Ethan’s last official pack meeting. He got his last 3 activity pins and they acknowledged that he has earned his Webelos and Arrow of Light award which they will present to him in a special ceremony after summer.
After 3 boys and 9 years of pack meeting, this is one chapter I am not to sad to close the book on.
When I posted about Spring Formal, I didn’t have the photos they took at the dance. Here are the pictures they took at the photo stations.
For Spring Formal Brandon asked Faith. She is actually neighbors with our good friends the Spence’s. So to ask her, he had Kameha deliver cupcakes and a note to her.
She responded a few days later. He found this on his desk when he came into his 1st period class.
For their group date they went to the Arizona Science Center. They had a big group of 12 people and had a lot of fun.
Then they headed off to dinner which the mom’s all pulled together and did.
Then off to the dance they went!
Tonight Rachel had her first dance recital with The Dance Cottage. She has really enjoyed dance this last semester and can’t wait to start again in the fall. Plus she has really enjoyed being with Kameha again. Now that that Kameha is in school they don’t see each other very often.
First was their tap dance.
Next was their ballet dance.
Toady Rachel had her 1st year music recital. She played the bells with the other girls in her class and sang a few songs with all the other 1st years.
She played the Dinosaur song.
She was also the loudest singer in the room!!! I am so glad that she isn’t afraid to get in front of people and perform.
She is so excited to move to the 2nd year classes this fall and begin on the piano instead of the bells.
