So this picture isn’t great, but it is so exciting that she finally has enough hair to put in pig tails. I know they aren’t quite even, but right before I went to take the picture she ripped the left one out and i had to quickly re-do it. She even kept them in while we ran errands. Which if you know Rachel is a big deal, most thing in her hair last about 10 seconds recently.
The other thing that has kept us busy, and kept my kitchen a mess is Science Fair.
With 2 projects going on, we are doing something for one of the projects every night.
I have to say I am enjoying Zachary’s project ALOT more than Brandon’s.

Yes, those are teeth. (they stay in the garage not my kitchen like everything else.)
Rachel is becoming such a fun little girl to play with. She is always wanting to sing and dance and just be the star of the show. The other day i pulled out this cute leotard that we got from her cousin Faith. It fit her so good she wore it all afternoon. She also found this little tutu,and would just spin around and around.
She is also starting to actually play with friends. The other day we had Kameha over. They played together so nice as long as they had something to do.
So we got creative and made play-dough. I think they sat and played for a good half hour.
She also has her first crush!! Our friends at church have the cutest little boy, Colt. A few weeks ago Jen watched her for a while, and ever since whenever we mention him Rachel will say,”Rachel, Colt, Hug” it is so darn cute. Today at church she kept saying,”more Colt”. They were a few rows in front of us and whenever she couldn’t see him she would say it again.

Brandon is playing on the school soccer team this year. He is really enjoying it, even in the heat!! These were taken at their first home game last week. They play 2-3 times per week and practice the other days.
It was 110 the day of this game it was SO HOT!!! Rachel was such a good sport, she sat in her stroller and just ate ice.
As of today they have only lost 2 games. They are a really inexperienced team, but seem to work well together. It has been a great into to team sports.
Yesterday we took the kids to Target for new pictures. Rachel was being quite the diva. She didn’t want to sit the way the photographer wanted her to. Despite that we got a few great shots. (even if she had to hold a sucker to sit still)
